Baby Trial session

Cancellation Policy

Booking The trial session is for a pre-agreed date, time and location. The trial session is NON-REFUNDABLE once confirmed. Rebooking will only be considered if the child becomes unexpectedly sick. We will require a doctor's note in order to re-schedule the trial session. Please notify the Boom Boom Baby WhatsApp number as soon as possible on 0585776909 to inform us your child will no longer attend the session . Missed sessions or those without prior notice will be considered attended and cannot be refunded. Payment of fees is due before classes and fees paid are non-refundable, missed sessions cannot be reimbursed. If Boom Boom Baby cancels a class, you’ll be entitled to a make-over session. Term Bookings A term booking is required once a trial session has been attended. We do not offer a pay per class option. We offer one make up session in the next term due to a session being missed due to the child being sick (if notified before the session starts). Unfortunately we cannot offer more than 1 make up session due to space demands. If any sessions are missed due to other reason beside the booked child being sick, a make-up session will not be offered. Caregiver responsibility Boom Boom Baby will demonstrate guided activities in the first section of each session and there will be free-play trays in the second section of each section. It is the attending caregiver's responsibility to decide which activities and which free-play trays are suitable for their child to partake throughout the session. The child does not need to partake in all activities throughout the session. Each Child is under the responsibility and supervision of the caregiver that attends at all times. We recommend the adult provides their full attention to their child throughout the session, especially during the freeplay trays. Boom Boom Baby will not be held responsible for any adverse reaction to any activities or freeplay trays following the caregiver's full consent prior to the child engaging in any activity or playing with a freeplay tray. Images and videos We will take pictures and videos during the sessions in all locations to be used in our social media, print media, paid advertisements, leaflets and website. If you do not wish yourself or your child be included in these images/videos please let the class leader know before the session starts.
