Cancellation Policy

The baby term will commence and end on the appointed dates. All sessions will be taken consecutively every week as per the day of the week and time outlined on the booking. Once booked in the term is NON REFUNDABLE. Should any weather conditions affect these dates, an alternative will be offered according to Boom Boom Baby and venue availability. If your baby cannot attend a session due to sickness. Any attendance where we were not notified before the session started will be marked as attended. We will reschedule the missed session in the next term (depending on availability, this cannot be guaranteed). Please note only 1 session can be rescheduled for another term due to small availability we cannot offer further sessions. The sessions include guided activities by the class leader with some free-play activities. The attending adult of the toddler will be fully responsible for supervising the toddler at all times during the session and will only participate in the activities deemed appropriate for the child under their care in the session. It is the adult's responsibility to advise the teacher before the term commences or before the session starts of any allergies your baby may have. Boom Boom Baby cannot be made responsible for any reactions to materials used in the class or any accidents that may occur during the sessions.
