24hr prior notice for rescheduling pre-booked sessions. Possibility to reschedule depends on space availability. Each package offers a limited number of sessions that can be rescheduled, and further emergency reschedulings can be done only with Doctor's note. 

Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered attended.

Payment of fees is due before classes and fees paid are non-refundable, missed sessions cannot be reimbursed. In the event that Boom Boom Baby cancels a class, you will be entitled to a make-over session, unless the cancellation is due to extreme circumstances that can’t be controlled and influenced by us.

Attending adults must accept full responsibility for the safety of their children during the sessions. Adults must wear socks.
